In the event that the Mentor must cancel a Booking, the Mentor agrees to notify Human Crayon Management Services Private Limited directly of the cancellation and the reason as to why the Booking cannot be honored.

The Booking fee collected by Human Crayon from Mentees at the point of Booking, is non-refundable (except in cases where the Mentor cancels the Booking). In any or all other cases where a refund of the booking fee paid by the Mentee is under review by Human Crayon Management Services Private Limited, the Mentee must have made raised the issue to the attention of Human Crayon Management Services Private Limited at least 24 hours after the session. Failure to make contact within 24 hours of session will mean a review into the issue cannot to be undertaken.

Where the Mentee has paid any or all of the Price of session directly to the Mentor in advance of session and then cancels the booking any eligible refund will be in accordance with the Mentors own cancellation policy as stated clearly in their Mentors profile and agreed to by you on booking.

Where the Mentee has paid a deposit payment directly to Human Crayon Management Services Private Limited at the time of booking and the Mentee cancels the Booking

More than 15 days from the date of actual booking dates - 50% of actual charges deducted for Mentoring.

Less than 15 days but more than 7 days of actual booking dates – 80% of actual charges deducted for Mentoring.

Less than 7 days of actual booking dates – 100% of actual charges deducted for Mentoring.

The cancellation amount deducted from the deposit will be transferred directly to the Mentoring Product / Service Mentor after retaining our service charges and the Mentee will not be entitled to any refund of this amount.

Human Crayon Management Services Private Limited has no control cancellations of Bookings and disclaims all liability in this regard. For the purpose of this a day begins at 00.01 a.m. and ends at 12 midnight, in the time zone where the Mentoring Product / Service is located.
